■Overview EMI shielding film using transparent conductive films and metal thin films. It is possible to create a transparent EMI shield using transparent conductive films. A thinner metal thin film than plating can be used to produce an EMI shield that suppresses the metallic luster "glare."
ZEROCOAT is a window glass shading coating that forms a film with excellent near-infrared cut performance and high weather resistance, making it resistant to degradation and high hardness.
With a visible light transmittance of over 70%, it boasts a high transmittance, allowing the glass to maintain its beautiful transparency even after painting. It cuts over 80% of the near-infrared wavelength range of 980 to 1280 nm, which causes discomfort by piercing the skin. By simply applying it to windows, it can suppress the indoor temperature rise by 5 to 10°C, resulting in an expected energy-saving effect of about 20%. Additionally, it cuts over 90% of ultraviolet rays, protecting the body from spots and freckles, and preventing browning and deterioration of furniture and products.
